Lead Teacher

Starting at $24/hour

Lead Teachers guide classroom learning, support child development, and help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 18 college credits in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or another child-focused field from a regionally accredited college or university
  • Must include at least 3 credits in Child Growth and Development
  • Minimum of 1,000 hours of experience working with children in a licensed child care program or public or private elementary school

Associate Teacher

Starting at $22/hour

Associate Teachers work alongside Lead Teachers to support children's learning, development, and daily activities while helping create a positive and enriching environment.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 9 college credits in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or another child-focused field from a regionally accredited college or university
  • Experience working with children is preferred
