Our Staff
Our first priority at Little Antlers Learning Center is to provide a safe and nurturing environment to our children who attend our programs. Our staff is the key to ensuring the mission of our center is upheld. Each team member is thoroughly screened, selected, and trained.
Little Antlers Learning Center has a team of dedicated, compassionate, and experienced staff members who work together to provide our families a sense of caring, support, and community.
All LALC teachers have received their NH professional credentials. This credential attests to their commitment to providing high-quality care. Each teacher’s credential is specific to their own level of experience, core knowledge areas, and ongoing professional development.
Our team of lead teachers, associate teachers, and other caregivers provides the children with a supportive environment to learn, play, and grow.

Children’s Learning Center Community Advisory Panel
To ensure we meet the needs of children, parents, local businesses, and the community alike, Mid-State formed a community advisory panel comprised of local folks with experience in public health, business, childcare, youth development, and programming that provided guidance in the pre-planning stages of the expanded center.
